We only use fruit and vegetables in season.Wherever possible we source our produce from local growers, private orchards and local allotments in the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, resulting in very few food miles, making a small exception for the citrus fruits we use in our marmalades.

We only use the very best natural ingredients of the highest quality. We don't just believe a premium hand-picked crop makes the best produce - we know it.
