Last month, we found 7 recipes using marmalade and brought them to your screens. We’re back again this month with some delicious kitchen-spiration for Britain’s most favourite summer preserve, strawberry jam.

Remember, not all strawberry jam is created equal. Our Gold Medal Awarded strawberry, apple and vanilla jam is something special, and each of the following recipes are a scrumptious way to make the most of it..

 

Strawberrry Jam Roll Trifle

This recipe from The Ever Expanding Kitchen has it all. Is there anything better than piped whipped cream? Chocolate covered strawberries, perhaps? There’s a little legwork involved so if you’ve no patience with baking, perhaps stick to the lady fingers soaked in brandy approach to trifle and have done with it.

 

Jam Doughnuts

We found these sticky, jammy, sugary treats over on The Little Loaf where you can find step by step instructions on frying doughnuts – a tricky business!

 

Jammie Daisy Dodgers

Karen of Lavender and Lovage makes her homemade jammie dodgers with raspberry jam, but we think they’d be just perfect with strawberry, apple and vanilla, don’t you?
