What products do you make?

We make a range of natural fuit packed jams and marmalades, no artificial ingredients are used in our production methods.

 

How do you make your products?

We use all natural ingredients and cook in small batches by hand in our purpose built preserving kitchen. Our preserves are handmade, hand labelled and despatched by ourselves, a true micro artisan food business.

 

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our products have a long shelf life on despatch, guaranteed 12 months, however you will usually receive a lot longer than this.

 

Where are you based & can I collect products from you?

We are based in glorious gloucester, in the heart of the city. Unfortunatley we cant accomodate collections.

 

Can you add a gift message and gift wrap?

Yes thats no problem at all just go through the checkout process to add gift wrap and your gift message which will be handwritten for you on our signature notecard.

 

Can you ship internationally?

Our products are only shipped within the UK mainland at present

 

Are your products gluten free?

All our products are made without gluten

 

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

All are products are suitable for vegetarians, however three of our products aren’t suitable for vegans – these are toffee apple jam, raspberry chocolate jam & seville orange cacao marmalade.

 

How long do your products last for?

Once opened store our products in your fridge and consume within 3 weeks.

 

How much fruit is in your products?

We use exceptionally high levels of whole fruit in the preparation of our preserves. Typically we prepare 100g of jam or marmalade with at least 70g of fruit sometimes much more.

 

How much sugar is in your products?

A jam or marmalade can only be legally called this if it has 60g sugar per 100g of product. This ensures a well balanced preserving recipe that produces the right levels to preserve the fruit. It produces a vibrant colour & a properly set product. We balance the flavours with plentiful amounts of fruit and a touch of lemon juice, producing a mouthwatering fruit packed flavour explosion.

 

Is your packaging recyclable?

You can recycle our glass jars widely. We use compostable packing chippings in our parcels, which you can dissolve under running water in your sink and cardboard outers. We are doing our very best to keep our packaging as recyclable as possible.

Can I order over the phone?

We’re very sorry but we cannot accept orders over the phone. All orders need to be placed via our secure online website.

 

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still order using a debit or credit card?

Yes, you can, just go through the checkout and you will be able to securely checkout using a debit or credit card, with no PayPal sign up.
