Delivery, Returns, Refund Information – The Artisan Kitchen.

Uk Mainland Orders 

We send all UK mainland orders via a tracked Royal Mail 48 Hour Service. Orders Placed after 12pm on Friday will not be despatched until Monday.

1-4 Jars – £3.75

5- 9 Jars – £6.99

10 Jars and above – £9.99

Please be advised we do not ship products outside of the UK mainland

International Deliveries

Unfortunatley due to Brexit and a change in regulation, we cannot deliver outside the U.K to the EU at present.

Turnaround from order to delivery

Please allow 3-5 days from time of order for processing and a further 5 days for delivery.

Please be advised during busy times such as our  Black Friday sale or the festive season between October and December, packing and despatching may take a little longer.

Breakage and damage in transit

In the unfortunate event of breakages or damage in transit, in order for us to asses and consider a refund or exchange, we will need a photograph of the packaging box, including postage label, and a picture of the damage emailed within 24hours of receipt to without this we are unable to process any further.

Uncollected items after  redelivery

 We send all our orders via a tracked royal mail service. If you are not in and havent specified a safe place, Royal mail will attempt another redelivery. If after this you are still unable to accept the delivery, this is sent to your local sorting office for you to collect or rearrange a redelivery. Royal mail will leave a red card with details on how to do this. If you parcel isn’t collected, it is sent back to us. In this event unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, exchange or redelivery. On purchasing from our website you as the customer agree to our terms and conditions of sale.

Doorstep Missing or Stolen Parcels

We deliver your parcels via a tracked Royal Mail service. A photo is taken at delivery of your goods. On some occasions Royal Mail will leave your parcel on your doorstep if you are not in. If this is not a suitable safe place for your parcel, please add a safe delivery place in your order notes at the checkout. Once delivery has been confirmed by Royal Mail and Proof of delivery is supplied by photograph or signature, We have completed the transaction. If a parcel is missing or stolen from this point you will need to contact Royal Mail and initiate a claim. We will help with providing proof as required for your claim and will send this via email if requested. On purchasing from our website you as the customer agree to our terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

Royal Mail unable to complete Delivery due to Incorrect Address Input at checkout.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address  for purchased goods is complete and correct, Our postage labels are generated on the information input by the customer at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the parcel is undelivered as a result, we are unable to reissue your goods automatically. Please contact in this event to discuss possible redelivery. Postage costs for this will need to be covered by the customer and postage costs for your order are non refundable.

Cancellation Of orders

If you wish to cancel and order after it is placed, we can do this and refund your order, but only if this hasn’t been processed.

Personalised Goods Purchased from our website

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for personalised goods purchased from our store


You can return a product for a full refund for up to 14 days after be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have elapsed unfortunately we cant offer a refund or exchange.

When returning and item please include the original packing slip. without this we cannot refund you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Ship[ping costs are non refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending items, we recommend using a fully tracked service, or shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will recieve your returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havent received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, bank or paypal. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email
