Excellent marmalade
Erik Lowis –
Distinct from thr Seville version, with a big hit of intense flavour, the sharpness balanced by a lingering sweetness. I love the chewy texture of the orange pieces; it complements the soft appeal of a slice of Camembert or a young goats cheese. A good set which means easy to handle whilst my multiseeded toast is still hot.
Final suggestion:soak your raisins overnight in boiled water and 2tbsp of marmalade before assembling the bread and butter pudding the next day. I eat mine dowsed with double cream…we only live once!

Exceptional marmalade, bought with 3 other marmalades to lay down for a Christmas treat, so decided to try one last weekend, now I fear I will have to rebuy !
