Description
Introducing our mouthwatering Prolific Plum Jam, a true celebration of local flavours. Handcrafted with care and using only the freshest local plums, this artisanal jam is a delightful treat that captures the essence of ripe, juicy plums in every jar.
We source our plums from local orchards in early July. Bursting with sweetness and vibrant colours, these plums are handpicked at the peak of their ripeness, ensuring that only the best fruit makes it into our jam.
Our artisanal process begins by gently cooking the plums to preserve their natural flavours and vibrant colours. We add just the right amount of sugar to enhance the natural sweetness of the plums without overpowering their inherent taste. This careful balance allows the true essence of the plums to shine through, resulting in a jam that bursts with fruity goodness in every spoonful.
The Prolific Plum Jam is characterized by its rich, velvety texture and the irresistible aroma of fresh plums. With each bite, you’ll experience the luscious sweetness and the slight tang that makes plums so beloved. It’s a symphony of flavours that will transport your taste buds to sun-drenched orchards and awaken your senses.
Versatile and delicious, our Prolific Plum Jam is a perfect addition to your breakfast table, adding a burst of flavour to toast, bagels, or muffins. It can also be used as a filling for pastries or as a delectable topping for desserts like ice cream or cheesecake.
