Introducing our exquisite Summer Citrus Marmalade Italian Orange Bitters, a multi-award-winning masterpiece that captures the essence of summer in a jar. Handcrafted with precision and passion, this artisanal marmalade is a vibrant blend of Valencia oranges, pink grapefruit, lemons, limes, and a dash of the renowned Italian aperitif Aperol, creating a symphony of flavours that will tantalise your taste buds.

We start by carefully selecting the juiciest Valencia oranges, known for their exceptional sweetness and aromatic zest. Combined with the tangy pink grapefruit, zesty lemons, and refreshing limes, this marmalade bursts with a delightful fusion of citrus goodness. To add a touch of sophistication and a unique twist, we infuse it with the distinctive flavours of Aperol—a beloved Italian bittersweet liqueur.

Our artisanal process involves hand-cutting the citrus fruits into thin slices, allowing you to experience the delightful texture and natural essence of the fruits. The fruit slices are then gently cooked with just the right amount of sugar and a splash of Aperol, creating a marmalade that embodies the essence of sun-soaked Mediterranean summers.

With each spoonful of our Summer Citrus Marmalade Italian Orange Bitters, you’ll experience a harmonious blend of sweet, tangy, and bitter flavours. The luscious texture and enticing aroma will transport you to picturesque Italian terraces, where refreshing cocktails and vibrant citrus fruits abound.

This versatile marmalade is a perfect addition to your breakfast table, spreading a burst of sunshine on toast, croissants, or English muffins. It’s also a delightful companion to cheeses, adding a zing of citrus and hints of bitterness that complement a variety of savoury dishes.

“This is summer citrus in a jar. The aroma is all citrus and fruits. You can taste each of the fruits used, all in a beautiful soft set jelly with just the right viscosity. The peels are thin and tender and delicious to eat. The marmalade is sharp and citrusy with a perfect balance of sweetness and the addition of Aperol just cuts through giving it a really good little sidekick of bitterness to complement the fruits. A really well-crafted stunner of a marmalade.”

  1. Nadine

I love a marmalade that is sweet and flavoursome but with plenty of fresh tartness. That’s this marmalade.

  2. Anna May

The mix of citrus fruits works unbelievably well with the Aperol, true harmony. The perfect balance of sweetness and tang. A jar of this and some toasted sourdough is perfection.

    Best marmalade around
Fantastic marmalade- full of fruit and really intense flavour. Love the touch of bitterness brought to the party by the booze.

  4. Margaret Hannah

First impression on tasting this – stunning flavour! So ‘zingy’ and citrussy (is that a word?) and refreshing. The intensity of the flavour of this and other Artisan products I have found unique. Obviously made with love.

  5. Ian Dew

    really fine tasting marmalade
